I wasnt a fan up Buzzards Bay before but I had some Just Beer at the Boston Beer Co. It was ok.

Yeah, that's what I do. Have the keg carbed up, cold, and the beer nice and clear. Don't move
that first keg!!!! That will stir up the sediment. Pull off 1/2 pint of sludge, then just
"jump" the beer ...
