yeah, i swirled it and let it sit in a heating blanket so it will stay up around 70F. We'll see

I've had this problem with my last two beers, so this time when brewing an IPA i went ahead and

I really love this beer, and just brewed Austin Homebrews clone of it. One thing i know about
Two Hearted Ale is that it uses all Centennial hops, whereas this kit came with all Amarillo. I

I think you just need to wait. If it still has krausen then its still doing something, even if
you have already reached your FG. The yeasts need to clean up after themselves. You would have

I usually leave my brews in the fermenter for at least 3 weeks, but seeing as im going out of
town i want to bottle my hefe before i go. So long as i've hit my FG is there anything wrong
