    I would look into some type of food grade dextrine extracts. I would look into maltodextrine or
    something like it to add back what you think you're missing.

    Amazing beer! I know it's an old thread but needs resurrected. I did the hoegaarden clone
    adjusted as follows...lol 5 gal didn't last a week. Time for a 10 gal batch..:ban:

    Choke cherries grow in the south wild. They're nasty imo. Something like Apple Crab Apple.
