Its all in the title...but to expand, I made yeast starter of US-05 and didn't brew and didn't
have room in fridge long term so I just left it at room temp (foil cap). Will it still be OK?

I heat y strike water about 25F over what beer smith tells me. My cooler mash run takes it down
about 10 and the grains absorb the rest, 15, which is more than beer smith usually calculates.
