I moved out of my parents house (where i had the room to do AG) into an apartment. I have been

Which peppers you choose and how much, and for how long all effect spiciness. I say, guess, and
then see how you like it. Adjust from there.

I used a half ounce of peppers, one whole vanila bean, and one stick of cinnamon. As for

In the past i have covered it and left it out over night. I have had some bret infections also.
