    I baked my pumpkin to caramelize it with the spices. I did BIAB with my grains only, then added
    1/3 of my pumpkin at 60, 30 & 15. I had alot of trub in my fermenter but I was willing to lose
    some beer...

    Kegged roasted hazel nut brown ale and pumpkin porter last weekend. Kegging cream ale tomorrow
    and Hefe has 2 weeks in fermentor.

    I did a BDSA with OG of 1.093 and waiting 21 days to bottle. After 7 days in the bottle I
    couldn't wait to drink it and it tasted great. 2 weeks more in the bottle after that an it is a
    fine beer now....

    I was bottled a 5 gal Belgian Blonde today and I am pretty sure I didn't added enough priming
    sugar. It was my first 5 gal batch and I used just a little more sugar than I had been doing
    for my 2 gal ...
