are used to. Try some traditional German beers like Hefe and Dopplebock. Try stuff that you

Thanks, I always mash with a bag in my 10 gal cooler. Works great for me and I don't have to
use rice hulls or worry about a stuck mash.

You could make an extract 5 gallon batch with your 4 gallon pot. And yea bottles and a capper
is about all you need.

What style beer (IPA)? Looks like hop trub in the bottom to me which is what it's suppose to
do. The yeast on top looks fine to me.
