If anyone wants to "own" a brewery or a brew pub i suggest you find on and go and volunteer and
become friends at a small brewery and see if brewing is something that you really really want
to do ever...

I've used 15.8oz in a CDA, all added after the 20-minutes-left mark or dry-hopped.There is no
such thing as too much hops ;)My house iPa has a pound in just the boil.

congrats! I always buy bulk from my local home brew store. if i need 1-3# i get 5# if i need 5+
i'll get 10# you'll use it and that way u have enough specialty grain to go with that 110#!!!

Hearts has an ancient Corona mill that they admit they don't know what the gap setting is. I

WOW!!!!! i thought that sulfer smell w/ taste was something i was doing wrong... trying to
figure out why i would have it then as it sat it would go away. was really pissing me off...I
