- Many years ago, a friend invited me over one night, and I ended up helping him brew a 10 gallon batch of IPA. Recently I've been making more beers to enjoy while my meads mature, and having an excellent time doing it.

I threw my pumpkin straight in, and didn't have any problems (other than a lot of pumpkin in

I have been brewing quite a while and I never have tried this. Between washing and

did you find these? There's a local kosher store that carries a wide variety of craft beers,
but I've never seen that Pumking beer. Typically pumpkin beers are seasonal and aren't around

Yuri is (as usual) completely right. Drink this beer early and often!! I made the mistake of
putting these away in the cellar to condition, then totally forgot about them. The pumpkin and

Hah! Sounds nice. I got a couple of the 2010 bottles for free yesterday at work while handing

Containers are intact. One of them had actually popped the entire airlock and grommet out of
the neck instead of cracking.And no active fermentation, these are all over 6 months old and

might be missing something here, but 1.053 as an OG isn't actually what I would call
"low-gravity" necessaril...
