Shouldnt be a problem, just make sure it is sealed off well enough to keep gross contaminants
out. If anything microbial gets in it will be killed off at the boil.

I would always let my beers ferment for 3 if not 4 weeks. The bubbles could be residual
carbonation being released or still some prolonged fermentation. Either way it is not bad and I
would not worry....
