  • Been wanting to try for a while. Went to Water Street Brewery in Milwaukee once while on a business trip, associates and I got all forschnickity, met the Brewmaster. He gave us a tour, I was too drunk and didn't remember anything. Saw the Sam Adam's Homebrew contest, went on their site, was referred to beer-wine.com, and decided what the hell, I owe it to myself to give it a whirl. So, as I type this, my first brew, an Amber, is in the secondary, ready for bottling in 3-4 days.
