    The San Diego just kicked up. Tmrw it should be in full burp. I removed all the mold from the
    top so hopefully none grew back in the lack of O2.

    Ok, I'll just throw it in the closet and let it be for another month. Will adding the carb tabs
    after I opened the bottle just reset the c02 process or double it?
