    I think a blonde ale would be the way to go. It has low IBUs and fermented with a neutral &
    clean yeast.12lbs of your malt mashed at 15420 IBUs of US Golding @ 60Ferment with US 05 at 68F

    There is less stress but you're still creating new yeast which is a new generation.

    Start yeast ranching, by making a slightly larger starter each time and saving some out when
    pitching. You'll always have 0-gen yeast that way.Every starter counts as a generation.
