    Use a 10:1 ratio for mL water to grams DME. For a 1L starter that's 1,000mL water to 100 grams

    My experience with C-120 is to keep it at 5% or less otherwise it adds a lot of dark fruit
    flavor. I wouldn't use the sugar personally. If you want to dry it out, use a lower mash temp.
