  • Blueberry (got 2 lbs in freezer), Grape (gonna do a JOAM)
  • 3 Gal: Blueberry/grape cyser

    1 Gal: Peach/Pear melomel
  • Right now i have a JOAM minus orange + cinnamon + ginger + strong tea and its been going strong and steady for 3 days now

    been 4 hours and airlock bubbling every second now :) bet pear/peach finishes before the

    will rack the peach/pear onto another 1 lbs honey in about a week lol i didn't have enough
    honey so substituted sugar to get it going. haha thats prob why it started so fast lol worried

    I've got some Glucosamine Sulfate ... fed the cinn/ginger a little bit seems to have helped :)
    also going to get some brewers yeast from local health food store as a supplement for the
    little yeastie ...

    k i'm no expert but a slow start is not unusual esp at the temps u r having, i have a
    cinnamon/ginger mead going strong now but my temps inside house 40-50F
