    There are 15 gallon fermenters called Demi Johns. They are primarily used with wine and sit in

    Just a heads up if you are hunting for these elusive hops in DFW, check out Texas Brewing Inc
    ( They have a ton of citra and a little bit of Simcoe. I scored a half
    pound of both....
