    mashing this recipe today....wow great aroma!if this tastes as good as it smells while mashing

    Like I stated, this is very good and I will brew again with only 60 min addition of a lower
    alpha hop!Nice recipe!

    I didn't measure my FG, the hops were 13% alpha and I used .25 oz. for 60 min.50 for 10
    min.total IBU's 26. I think I will drop it down to 20 IBU's.

    Just tried a sample of this beer from my 5 gal keg.Tastes like i may have to back off the hops
    just a bit, I think I would like this to be just a little sweeter.Otherwise I can sum up my
