Great thanks for the response. I'll let it sit for a month or two and try it again. I was
thinking the oak wouldn't mix well if I just let it sit there but if it worked for you then

I'm wondering the same thing. I have a friend that brewed an IPA about 6 months ago and dry
hopped it about 5 months ago. It's still sitting in the primary on the hops because he's lazy
and hasn't keg...

started from the wonderful yeast found in the bottom of that can.
