    I brewed this recipe on 2/12, just took a hydrometer reading last night. It's gone from 1.040
    to 1.008, so right on track. I dry pitched the Nottingham, and it was bubbling within 6 hours.

    Any thoughts on Wyeast 1968 for this brew? Seems like it has the right properties, as long as
    you don't ferment too warm (>70) to avoid fruity tastes.BTW - this will be my first AG batch,

    Update - just had the first bottle of my batch after 10 days of carbing up. Turned out great -
    the carbonation is incredible already. The watermelon flavor is perfect - noticeable but not
    overpowering...
