I brewed this recipe on 2/12, just took a hydrometer reading last night. It's gone from 1.040
to 1.008, so right on track. I dry pitched the Nottingham, and it was bubbling within 6 hours.

Just finished brewing the all grain version. OG is 1.054 and I pitched WYeast 1056. I loved my

Any thoughts on Wyeast 1968 for this brew? Seems like it has the right properties, as long as
