    I'm not sure what to call it...Used 2gal grape juice and 3 gal strong sweet tea. 14% still a
    bit hot but rather refreshing.

    I just bought two 5gal carboys primary/secondary I have some Lavin EC-1118 champhage yeast for
    18% abv brews How much sugar would be needed for a 18% 5 gal batch?

    I no longer have a secondary ... I know yeast will cannibilize dead yeast when there's not
