- I remember my dad homebrewing before I was really into beer. I would try his cream of oatmeal stout and think "that sucks, bud light's better". Thank goodness; times change and our tastes change! I have always been into science and drinking. At last I found the perfect hobby.

The small one gallon jugs are actually the honeysuckle wine. It tastes like a riesling with a
great honeysuckle flower smell. The larger 3 gallon carboys are the blackberry wine and the
