  • Started November 21, 2009. Brewed Belgian Ale from kit and really enjoyed it. Started brewing regularly January 2, 2010 and went all-grain 3 weeks later (after two more extract brews). First all-grain brew was January 30, 2010. First kegging was on May 8, 2010.

    I've only used the dry yeast and White Labs up to this point (I don't think my LHBS even
