    found out a problem i had, about 3 brews after this... was that my digital thermometer was off
    by about 15 degress... meaning my mash temp was way too low, accounting for this beer stalling
    out at 1.0...

@worksnorth haha I know, it's a little warm down here for it to be considered "Arctic" by any means. It's a joke with my girlfriend that I'm like a polar bear because i'm constantly warm and don't really ever get cold. So I went off of the Polar Bear nickname and decided to call my "brewery" Arctic Bear Brewing Company. Who knows if it will ever turn into anything.

I can imagine it is a little challenge brewing up in Alaska, although the scenery is likely 1000 times better. I've always wanted to vacation up there and see traces of the Northern Lights. Maybe someday!
