I haven't used dry yeast for a while, but I don't remember seeing this on any other dry yeast.

I crash cool the last 48 hours of dry hopping to settle the pellets (no bags). Then rack to

Finally broke out my BRY-97 this past weekend. I kept a close eye on takeoff time since
everyone was saying that this yeast was a bit slower.OG was 1.055 and I pitched ~ 70-72 F.
