How much air space is there between the cork and the wine? I've noticed before that if there

Yes definatly dry! I like that though and you can always add some sugar to sweeten it up a bit.
Again I think this is a habit from my wine making. So should I not be stirring it at all? With

To be honest wine can sometimes take a couple of days to get going. I would wait until 48hrs
has past before I worried about it.
