I like the looks of your sparge arm. How did you build the head? Looks like a 1/2 to 3/4

remember you have to stir your grain once you mash in. if its an inch from the top of mash tun,
it will either be very messy or not stirred properly.

You can use gelatin if you want, but its not necessary. I forget to use irish moss all the
time, and my beer is plenty clear.
