    Cartridges are 100% Nitro from what I've researched. So beer would need to be pre-carbonated.

    Drinking Rye by itself (with one large cube) I prefer Angel's Envy Rye and High West Double
    Rye. For a rye old-fashioned I will go with Whistlepig or the go-to Bulleitt rye.

    Any old cooler bulkhead kit will do.I prefer to reuse the silicone washers that seal the
    cooler's spigot than the ones in the kits though.
