    This is one of my biggest reason I brew. Perfection is based on your rules. Change a recipe,
    try a different yeast, ferment at different temps. If it tastes good, drink it.

    Used bottled O2 in both buckets. Just popped lid it has a krausen so I guess all is ok just not
    a active as other bucket.

    Made a 1L starter for a 10gal batch of black ipa. Split the wort into 5gal buckets. "Eyeballed"
    50% of starter into each bucket. 24hrs later one bucket bubbling away, other bucket nothing.
    Pop the lid...
