I have some copper romex that I washed, sanitized and coiled around the end of mine. It sticks

I had that same broken white stuff I found in secondary which I had left too long (4.21 to
6.14). I racked under it, after skimming it off, and it reformed in the bottles on the 4th day.

interesting. sorghum is not malted. its a grassy grain plant native to Africa. It's similar to
wheat but lacks the gluten. Test a widely available Redbridge gluten free sorghum beer. if not
