    ABOUT ME

  • Rochester, NY
  • My wife and I were looking for a hobby she and I could enjoy together.
Since she was recently diagnosed as a celiac we decided on wine making as we both like wine and neither of us like the GF beer available.
While looking for information to aid us on this new endeavor I found this forum and discovered the wealth of information included the brewing of GF beer so we are trying that as well, since we both ALSO like beer.
