  • I'm a youngster you guys might say but I've been enjoying beer since I was 15 year old. Now then you might think I'm one of those binge drinking kids but I enjoy beer to the full extent. I love the tastes and I prefer drinking lagers but I guess I will get older and drink ales when I'm older.
    '87 model, I'm a electrician and have been working in multiple houses and industrial buildings since I've started. Unemployed now because of the financial crisis here in Iceland.

  • Brand new to brewing and only have a basic kit and a extractor. When I get a new job I will however be buying glass fermenters, I have a lot of space available...
  • The first batch I'll be brewing is a lager. I found a non heated room in my home which has a stable temperature of 15 - 15,5C .. I tell ya Iceland is a great place to brew lagers :)
    However If that doesn't work the first two times I try I will go for a ale and room temperature is about 19-20C

    A friend of mine blew his thumb off playing with dry ice.. literally blew it off..Doctors were

    my baking yeast still works and it expired in 2001... thats 8 years and it still works the same
    on my bread :)
