    Carapils does aid head retention. That's a little like forming carbonation.That's right!!
    That's right it adds to it, make it yourself, this beer is awesome. Sometimes I really hop it.

    As an IPA are you dry hopping for the full 21 days? That's a long time and you may develop some
    unwanted grassy piss flavors, IMVHO 5-14 days is more than adequate and you would like to get
    it package...

    In not sure what you meant but no grain adds carbonationNot sure what I meant either but it
    makes great beer. I wouldn't change the recipe cause it makes a good brew.

    Well only cause the Carapils gives it one more pinch of dark than 60L. It's a darker heavier

    I just let my sit, I appreciate the knowledge however...I never ever thought about stirring it.
    Sitting the barrels of beer and keeping it still was what I thought the best idea
