    Hey kcmo, It doesn't stir the mash. It just recirculates the hot what through the step filter
    grain bed.I guess dough balls aren't an issue.

    Jwynia, I know his system is newer, but I think hes done around 5+ batches. I would hope its
    easy enough to dial in your target gravities, I mean 10 points is a HUGE difference.
