    If your using dry yeast I would using something clean like US-05, you dont want to many flavors
    getting in the way of what your trying to do. Also, I would up the hops! I would at least
    double the lat...

    well i just use one hand to hold the top of the bag. And the other hand to squeeze it inbetween
