Laminated poster board applied over the foam via adhesive compound would also work well. You
could also write on it with dry-erase! Might be more expensive and less permanent, but a heck
of a lot easi...

i did the white board mod on mine and i love it! however it was a massive PITA! the wholes are
not very inline so i had to individually measure each hole and and do a little of sanding on

bought a digital thermometer with a timer, equipped with a stainless steel probe and never
looked back. i prefer coffee when i brew anyways.

lol Slapchop. I didn't have a rolling pin so I put the grain inside a cookie tray I used a 32
oz bottle as one.

I don't see the need to 2ndary if you wait several weeks. I just like the opportunity to have
cleaner beer. Its another opportunity to settle out, making the 3rd vessel (keg) getting clean

I have a question on the exact position of the whole. When you say you are drilling 9 1/2
inches from the back is that it middle of the hole of the edge?These links might yield some
