Hey I just bottled my Coopers Mex. Cervesa on Sunday, I put a Whitelabs mexican lager yeast on
it tho. rather than the packet yeast. I didn't , and never have, boiled the tinned extract,

Um yeah......... title says it all. I'm thinking of doing a Mango beer, Adding it in after
initial ferment (Maybe about a week) and letting it sit for a couple of weeks before bottling.
