  • I've been making mead since March 2012. My husband is threatening to have a mead-making intervention done on me, since I have turned our entire family room into a meadery!
  • Rose-Cardamom Metheglyn, Acerglyn, Metheglyn with typical herbs used in 16th century -- thyme, bay, rosemary (Queen Elizabeth apparently was fond of this), various and sundry melomels
