Bottled my first batch a few days ago. Did the primairy for 5 days...FG was good. Seconodary
for a good 3 weeks (at least)Only thing im a little concerned about is I added a 2 part fining

Is it ok to bottle 8hrs after adding a 2 part clearing/fining agent? The directions say it
takes 12-24 hours to fully work. I'm gonna be going out of town tomorrow unexpectedly and would

sometime the answer you like more isn't exactly correct. Your beer will most likely be fine,
but 7 days isn't long enough. If you had a lag time of 48-72 hrs, which isn't uncommon, you're
talking 4-5 ...
