just put a chocolate stout in the sedondary on Sat. Wort tasted good but the abv is going to be a little weed I think. How about you?

it is an extract kit fram annapolis homebrew. Sort of like a minimash kit. Had to hold the grains at temp for 45 minutes before going to boil stage. Should bottle in two weeks and may be able to tell you more about it then.

pretty new myself. But secondaries mainly provided a cleaner end product. Allow the yeasts to do their job and then fall out. I have seen some people just leave wort in a primary for extended period (3weeks) but I choose to move to secondary after approximately a week. Then bottle after about 2 weeks in the secondary. The one exemption would be a wheat beer which I dont secondary.
