    Agree with others, as I've done that too. If you think you'll be doing smaller batches
    regularly, you could look into the 2.5 gallon kegs.

    Same here. I've only ever used Beersmith. Once you dial in the equipment profile, everything
    seems to come out accurately for me. It's only $19 at birdman brewing.
