I've never seen such a colorful sack as yours. The sacks I buy are in a plain brown paper sack
with black lettering (Great Western Malting) I pay $50 for 50#. I store mine in two Home Depot

Also, you really should calibrate your refractometer everytime you use it. Everytime you jar it
you potentially knock the optics out of alignment.Will do.
