UPDATE:og. 1.55 fg. 1.02(3711, ofcourse!)Smells green. Wit taste with some saison. Ultra smooth
mouthfeel. Little to no aftertaste. So easy to drink, like a wit without the bitterness. Nice

This beer is fermenting away VERY nicely! Wake up today(day 2) to find 9 liters of Krausen and
foam!Added 1 more pound of pilsner for lost efficency with BIAB. Scaled the recipe down to size
