I have access to a cask big enough to old 10 gallons but i only have 7 gallons of beer to fill

The other thing you should consider, is carbonation. Do you plan to keg it or bottle condition
it. If Bottle conditioning, forget about it it won't work. There isn't a yeast strong enough

I used to put mine in the washing machine until I realised that some of my ipa had some tide
flavour in them. Now I just boil them several time to sterilise them but the hops stains just
won't come of...
