    Which commercial beer you can successfully harvest yeast from...Can't you harvest yeast from
    any bottle conditioned beer? I'm still not understanding the point of this exercise but okay.

    Well, amber malt extract is usually a mix of base malt, crystal 60L, and munich malt. can't
