- I Started with Extract brewing with a 3 gallon kettle on the stove and a 5 gallon carboy. When I stated AG I had 2 5 gallon coolers, not enough room,so I bought a 10 gallon Igloo for mash/lauter tun and 8 gallon boil kettle. I am now using the Igloo cooler for my HLT and a direct fire 10 gal. Stainless kettle with fase bottom mash/lauter tun with the Blichmann TOWER of POWER gas fired RIMS Control system. I think my Homebrewing equipment budget is shot.
- Fresh Centennial hopped ale using hops from my back yard.It will be my first time brewing a freshed hop ale. Bittering hops bought and dry hopping with bought hops , but 5 oz of my hops @ 30 minutes and 5 oz @2 minutes
