  • Got started brewing in April 2009. I've brewed over 100 batches in my first 3 years. Mostly all-grain or partial mash using the BIAB method. I'm also a BJCP beer judge as of December 2011.

    I'm fairly certian that DuPont Saison is fermented with Brettanomyces.No, it is not.
