  • Can't really remember how I got into home brewing. It was pretty spontaneous. My first brew was actually from a recipe I found online. Didn't turn out all that well. Since then, I've been getting kits as gifts.

    Nice, I'm just down by the Texan somewhat. We'll have to get in touch with one of the local
    brew clubs and meet up. I'd share one of my home brews with you, but it'll have to wait a few

    Not that I've had many Scotch Ales, but Sam Adam's Wee Heavy is my favorite of what I've tried.
    Founder's Dirty Bastard is the only other one I've tried. Can't complain about that one either.
