That's exactly what it is. Yeast that settled out and clung to the side of the carboy.

How long in primary? That puppy is more than ready package!was in primary 2 weeks. just haven't

That's a lot of yeast. Did you cold crash? Is that 1332 yeast?yeah 1332. it looks like to me
that it's yeast (or something) clinging to the side of the carboy. I don't think the yeast is

I have used both. Seems like ice in water produces more drastic temp swings.For me it seems
easier to use a wet towel and a fan to keep temps down. I can add water and vary the fan as
