    I used a Campden tablet in my peach puree this year per Yooper's advice. Worked great. A week
    was spot on for peach flavor in my pale ale.

    I just politely say, "If you return the bottles, I'll fill them for you again." Most people
    seem to get it. The one's who don't, don't get much more beer. I rarely have a problem with
