That's a shame to hear. I strained the the zest out when I bottled. I hope that helps some.

It's true. 68 outside might be 73 or more inside. I keep my temp in the water bath under 65 and
inside will be close to. 70

I was talking to a vegan friend about a Mac and cheese recipe that called for some kind of
yeast. Thought about washing the yeast then pouring it into a pan and baking it pretty low then
scrapping it ...
